Luke and Mike from fix my brick came out the other day. I had zig zag cracks in my brick running from my window sill down to the chimney. Almost impossible to match old mortar joints from 20 years ago but once dry it looked perfect. Time from quote to work start was fast. Cleaned up area after job done. Very courteous and polite. We'll done !

Fix My Brick was amazing! They came when promised and worked hard to complete our work efficiently. Their flexibility was appreciated too as we had to add a chimney removal to the job. On our narrow street with a high pitched roof, it was a challenge but they completed it with ease. All employees were friendly and kind and communication with the company was excellent! Chimney cap and several courses of brick found to be deteriorated during annual cleaning.
Submitted request for estimate online.
Reply came quickly and appointment arranged.
Joe arrived as scheduled, assessed the damage and provided an estimate online the spot followed by a very detailed online quote.
I had other estimates, and this one fit within the market range.
Work was agreed to and scheduled. The date was put back one day due to inclement weather.
Willy and Jacob arrived promptly, setup the work area followed by demolition and reconstruction of the chimney.
All debris, and dust was thoroughly and carefully removed from the work areas (driveway and roof).
The chimney has been restored and looks as good as new.
This company dots all of the I’s and crosses all the T’s.
I will give the my recommendation anytime and should any further repairs be required I will know who trust. FIX MY BRICKS!

The level of professionalism here should be the benchmark for conducting business. We were so impressed by the efficiency, quality of work and care for our landscaping, outdoor furniture and home. The replaced bricks and mortar matched perfectly, and every detail was flawless. I won’t even bother going into more detail because it’s such a delight to see it for yourself. We contacted fix my brick for a chimney repair at my home. From the first contact to project completion everything was satisfactory. The team they sent to my home cleaned up after themselves and explained the process before and during the project.

Joe would connect with me on days they were rained out, which may seem small but I was happy to have the personal call to let me know they will not be working today, and once the project was complete he contacted me to make sure everything went to my standards and ensuring I was happy.

We have done several projects around my home through various contractors and once the payment was sent no one connected with me to make sure I was happy, that is a nice touch and I will be using them again for a few other masonry projects I have in mind.
