We live in one of the properties in Norquay street. The property manager always keep saying that we are the only unit which complains or has problems with. This property manager never attends the tenants issues in time . There is no hot water supply since one week( having a toddler )and they don’t fine it emergency.

I wish we had a good management system in place. The bare minimum they could do is to address the issues of the tenant. The rent is collected in time but the service is ridiculously slow. And the security service is pathetic none of the cameras work. We keep loosing parcels and deliveries every single time

I have lived in this old apartment for at least 5 years, before first realty investments owned the building it was an older couple tending the building, they were overworked and exhausted, but they never let certain problems continue… there is a young couple now and for the life of me, they won’t respond when there is an issue… I saw a mouse crawling along the radiator beside my balcony and the only thing they did was give me some glue traps. The inspector I called in from the city luckily didn’t find any droppings but there are holes in places from mice getting in. The inspector will be informing my landlords that they needed to do a bait tactic for a few weeks at least and possibly hire an exterminator if anything is repeatedly caught. I tried pestering them through texts to get them to respond but they won’t get back to me. Everyone in my building says the same, they won’t respond when you try to call or text them

I rented from first realty for the last 2.5 years. Absolutely worst renting experience ever! I’m the 2.5 years with this company, I had 4 different property managers. I am a single mom that works full time with 3 kids and a dog. The fist 3 property managers were amazing! My dog had an accidental pregnancy and the previous property manager said it’s fine, as long as they puppies don’t stay. When Matt, the new property manager started working with company, he evicted me. Said I breached my lease because of the puppies and I never paid a pet deposit. I explained the previous property managers knew and never said anything to me about it. He said that was bad management and he’s here to fix their mistakes which is why I was being evicted! My eviction notice states I have to be out by April 30th, however, he has been harassing me since April 3rd about when I will be all moved out. I absolutely loved the location I lived in but the management was horrible! I never called and complained about anything, when my dryer broke, I had to go 3 weeks without a dryer! Just a terrible experience! 0/10!! Highly do not reccomend!!

I’ve lived here for little over 6 months. I love living here. I love how kid friendly and neighbourly most of the tentants are. Ruth is absolutely the best landlord anyone could ask for. Tom is awesome I have had the pleasure of working along side him to help around the yard and just chatting with him threw out his work day. Blair is new to the crew but is a great person. Blair is excellent at fixing things around the apartments. When something is broken he is right on it. There isn’t enough words to describe how great of a landlord Ruth is she is always friendly happy and very welcoming to everyone that comes to her. Blair keeps up with the maintenance as soon as he is told to do so.

I have lived here for 7 months now and in a single gal and have never felt safer. Ruth is amazing she always has a smile for you and a kind word no matter what her day is like. Tom is over the top, he works so hard but him to always a smile and takes a minute to say hi. George is a awesome guy from the little bit I have dealt with him. All in all I feel very comfortable and safe living here

First realty has been nothing but incredible to deal with over the last year that I have been renting from them. The town houses have big rooms and a very nice layout that my family loved! Not to mention one of the only companies that allows you to have your pets to come along with you. The first month that I was there I was in need of my yard that is a fantastic size by the way! To have the fence closed in for my dog, and within the day George thier property maintenance professional was there putting one up for me! Whenever I needed anything he was there asap to get it done

Sheryl their property manager is hands down one of the most professional and caring managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with this last year. Not only does she get everything done in a record setting time! She also makes everyone that rents with them feel like family and keeps an eye out for the community like the mother hen. I had the pleasure of living at a building managed by First Realty Investments and I enjoyed every moment. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat! The location and the functionality of the unit was perfect for my lifestyle. The rooms are large and the unit has a nice design. The energy efficient furnace reassured me that I wouldn't go broke paying for utilities. I also appreciated the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by my landlords. Moving is stressful on a good day so it was such a relief to have a smooth and easy move to my new community. I will be back again someday, perhaps as a home owner!

I've lived in these apartments for just over a year and I gotta say the property manager ruth is absolutely amazing!! She has been the best landlord I've had! Would recommend these apartments to familys but not just familys everyone! I have a 15 month old daughter and ruth is always so nice and saying hi and playing with her outside! Just amazing! I have never have had a problem with maintenance! And It is always a very clean apartment building shout out to the people that work hard and keep the maintenance up and clean these apartment! Tom Blair and ruth keep up this good work I love living here
