Due to some recent changes, I lost my job and am on ontario works and its been hard to find halal food as well and Feed the need in durham saved me. Saved me from sleeping hungry because i could pick up a few items needed and it was such an absolute relief to get some halal sausages as well to get some meat to eat. I really want to thank you all for the work you do and everyone that takes the time to donate for us. I can assure you it helps us. Keep up the good work

We pickup food from here for our church's monthly foodbank, Helping Hands Food Bank. For food banks they book time slots for pickups, ours was 10:45am. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and tidy. They even have a food bank at the front of the building.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ORGANIZATION. I CALLED THEM BEGGING FOR FOOD FOR MY 6 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL AND NOT ONLY DID THEY LEAVE ME HANGING ALL DAY AND NOT EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALLS THEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER MY LITTLE GIRL FOR THE 4TH TIME WENT TO BED ON AN EMPTY STOMACH THEY CALL ME AND TELL ME THEY WONT HELP ME AND SHE CAN STARVE!!! HONESTLY IF I COULD I WOULDN'T EVEN RATE THEM ONE STAR CAUSE THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT!!!!!
