Erinmills Co-op Nursery School has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the moment my child started, we've seen incredible growth and development, and it's all thanks to the truly exceptional teachers. The teachers are truly the heart of the school. They have a remarkable ability to assess each child, understanding their individual strengths and offering tailored support for areas where they need a little extra encouragement.

What makes this school even more special is the co-op model. Being a duty parent and participating in committees has given us a unique insight into the school's operations and a wonderful opportunity to be actively involved in our child's learning journey. It truly feels like a supportive community, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!

Can’t say enough about what a positive and wonderful experience Erin Mills Co-op was for both my daughters. The school is a hidden gem and the teachers are incredible! Nurturing and kind with a strong commitment in understanding individual learning needs for each and every student. Mrs. Julie and Mrs. Sandi are committed to early learners and made both of my daughter’s first school experience so incredible. It’s because of their start at Erin Mills Co-op that they have a love of learning and continue to be successful at school. Sending my children to this school was one of the best decisions I made as a parent. Not only was this a positive experience for my daughters, it was also a positive experience for me, I have also made life-long friends with some of the families we met through the co-op. Being an educator myself and having had the opportunity to work for many daycares and inside multiple public kindergarten and preschool programs, I have never seen a program as wonderful as this or met teachers so amazing as these.
When I finally became a parent there was absolutely no doubt in my mind that my children would attend this nursery school.
The teachers are two of the most amazing teachers, you will ever meet. They truly welcome your family and your child specifically into this beautiful inclusive, loving, fun, warm, respectful environment and you truly feel part of a special family and community.
These teachers go above and beyond to run an amazing, fun and engaging program filled with songs, and tons of hands on activities for learning.
Most importantly the true love, care, respect and attention that they show to each child is something so special and beautiful to witness.
Being a co-operative program provides such a wonderful experience and opportunity to truly work together for the school with the other families. My favourite part is being able to attend duty days and volunteering in my child’s classroom with them. It’s such a special experience and so beautiful to witness the fun and learning happening firsthand.
We have now been attending this school for 3 years, and are planning on another two years here with my youngest.
I truly dread the day when we outgrow this school because I know there isn’t anything else like it anywhere. It’s truly magic.

I have had nothing but the most positive, caring and nurturing experiences with Erin Mills co-op over the years. All 3 of my children were fortunate enough to be taught and loved by Ms. Julie and Ms. Sandi. They both go out of their way to provide programming that is fun and engaging for the children, and based on the interests in the classes they are teaching. I have witnessed firsthand their compassionate, inclusive and professional nature when teaching children with special needs, and helping to support those children with separation and social anxieties. As an added perk, they are always happy to provide new moms with advice which I personally found invaluable! I highly recommended Erin Mills Co-Op to my friends, neighbours and family members who are looking for a safe, supportive, inclusive, and caring place to send their young children. I cannot say enough positive things about the school and it's amazing teachers ❤️

Both my children attended Erin Mills Cooperative Nursery School and loved every minute of it! They still go back now and visit the teachers. As a parent, I think this was the best way to prepare my children for kindergarten. Not only did they receive a great educational experience, they learnt how to create lasting friendships in a caring and fun environment. The teachers are great . I would recommend this Nursery School to everyone.

This school came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. My elder daughter went here for one year and my younger daughter has been here for a year with another year to go.

The atmosphere is so welcoming and the teachers knowledgeable and friendly. The children get so many opportunities here and I love the structure of the classroom. Every day there is circle time, free play time and snack time. There are also various themes which the learning and play are tailored toward. It’s currently Under the Sea theme and they just finished it off with a trip to Ripley’s Aquarium!

This is a co-operative nursery school which means everyone (except teachers) are volunteers. This builds such a sense of community and parents make friends with other parents just like children make friends with each other!

I have nothing but the best things to say about this school. If you think it may be a fit for your family go for a tour and you won’t be disappointed!

My family's experience at Erin Mills Co-op Nursery School has been nothing short of exceptional. I hold high standards for my children's educational environment, and Erin Mills Co-op surpassed all expectations. My children loved their time at Erin Mills Co-op, and even now, they eagerly return to visit and volunteer. I wholeheartedly recommend Erin Mills Co-op to friends and family; its commitment to inclusivity and support cultivates a rich learning environment for all students.

The teachers are nice but unfortunately the staff and the school it self does not uphold values that are important in every classroom, especially a classroom of children.

Though it is a co-op school, and it is made to feel like a community -- children whose parents have already been a part of that community will be favoured more than others.

I saw my son and a few other children get excluded from performing in the Christmas Concert. I have been given empty excuses that it was due to "lack of time" but evidently the same children that had already performed were being told to perform a second time to fill up the gap when my child wanted a turn.

Watching my child excitedly wanting to participate and him being told to "shush" and sit down on the sidelines multiple times while he watched his friends perform was so heartbreaking. I only watched the video my husband took of the Christmas Concert once because of how heartbreaking it was to see my son get held back, told to "sit back down" and "shush" any time he asked for a turn to perform.

Naturally, my son didn't quite understand why he was being left out. Soon after a Christmas video was released by the school that showcased all the children in the program except mine.

As a mother, I did not feel right sending my child back to the school without the assurance that he would be included in the classroom for future activities. Unfortunately, I never received that assurance or any sense of accountability from the school. I did not want my child's first school experience to be this.

A classroom should be fostering team building and community, especially a co-op school but you will not get that.

Spend a little bit more in tuition and provide your child with a better experience in a more inclusive school.
