I would advise against ordering from this location. During my first delivery, I was not informed about the status of the order. Additionally, when placing online orders for in-store pickup, the staff appear uncertain. I ordered four items for pickup, but upon arrival, the employee mistakenly said I only ordered one. Despite showing her the receipt, confirmation email, and bank statement, and even confirming the order over the phone with Edible Arrangements company, the employee’s communication was lacking, causing further delays. It is particularly concerning that I had called multiple times before pickup, and she had confirmed the order included four items. She eventually did make it right, but this could have been avoided. I would say the other locations are better since I’ve never had issues with them.

On Friday, February 21st, I attempted to place an online order for next-day delivery for my daughter’s birthday party. Strangely, my address was marked as undeliverable— even though I live just 2 km away from the store. I called to ask if I could place a pick up order and have it manually set for delivery instead. The employee who answered was rushed, unprofessional, and asked to call me back. Hours passed, and when I followed up, she sounded annoyed. After confirming my address, she told me delivery would cost $7. I pointed out that the website was offering free next-day delivery for orders, which she seemed surprised and she said she needed to check with her supervisor before calling me back. I had a gut feeling not to rely on her and placed my order online anyway—good thing I did, because she never called me back.
The next morning, instead of a confirmation call, I received a call from a different employee informing me that the store had a power outage and couldn’t fulfil my order. She offered to transfer it to another store location, which could either have it ready for pick up or deliver it for free. Since I was busy preparing for the party and the store was too far, I opted for delivery.
The order arrived, and I was excited to surprise my daughter. However, as soon as the guests started eating, they complained that the fruit tasted off. I tried a melon ball— it was hard, dry, and completely tasteless. Looking closer, I noticed brown bruises on the pineapple, mushy strawberries under the chocolate, and overall poor-quality fruit. The entire arrangement was inedible. Disappointed, I threw it away and immediately contacted Edible Arrangements customer service for a refund.
Here’s where things got worse.
It took two days just to locate my order number, as I had never received email confirmation, invoice, or any details upon payment. When the store finally reached out, they demanded photos as proof-despite their “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” making no mention of this requirement. Luckily, I had taken pictures and provided them. Even then, the employee told me that if they think the photos don’t meet the store’s standards, the best they could offer is a free re-delivery of the bouquet or a store credit. (But if the fruit was inedible the first time around, why would I want another order?). This clearly shows they were more concerned about protecting their own profits than doing right by the customer—essentially prioritizing their gain over customer satisfaction and refusing to take responsibility for a poor product. I told her I paid $142 for fresh, quality fruit, and I expected a full refund. She dismissed me completely—I could hear it in her tone she didn’t care and said she’d be in touch later.

After reviewing the photos, she came back to me with a dismissive, backhanded apology saying that based off two (I sent 4) photos, didn’t “warrant” a refund. Then suddenly they changed their stance—offering a refund only if I returned the entire product, untouched. Mind you, this was nearly a week after the party. Why would I hold onto spoiled fruit? Clearly, they knew I no longer had it, making their refund “offer” nothing more than a manipulative tactic.
After days of being ignored, I escalated to corporate. Thankfully, a true customer service representative reviewed my case and immediately issued a full refund, fully agreeing with my concerns. I also reported this location (Waterloo,ON) and its owner, as they are completely unethical, lack customer service skills, and do not comply with the company’s standards/policies.
Looking at the reviews, I’m not surprised to see similar complaints. If you value your money, avoid this store at all costs. Order at your own risk.

Shoutout to the great customer service team at 678-992-2390 who promptly and professionally resolved this issue.

I was so excited to try an arrangement at a recent party I attended as I was looking forward to ordering a few myself for upcoming parties. To my surprise, the arrangement was awful! The foul taste was unbearable. The texture was slimy. No one at this party was able to enjoy the arrangement. It’s too bad, I feel so bad for the host as you can tell a lot of money went into decorating and food and to have something so simple ruin the vibe is unfortunate. Many of us agree that we won’t be wasting our money on this place. We also heard how the store treated this lovely lady and we were appalled to hear that she had to escalate higher just to get her refund that was entitled to her that they tried to sweep under the table by refusing to acknowledge their mistake and then ghost her. Unbelievable! This should have been resolved days ago but glad it worked out for her in the end as she is truly a lovely person and worked so hard to make this party memorable for everyone.

If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this store would get—they don’t even deserve one.

If you’re considering ordering from this Edible Arrangements location, take this as your warning. The countless bad reviews speak for themselves—this store should be shut down. My wife and I placed an order, only to receive fruit no better than what you’d find at a grocery store—far from fresh, out-of-season tasting, and a complete waste of money.

Absolutely horrible!! Paid $107.00 for a bouquet to be sent to my wife at work. I told them it must be there by 4pm or earlier. The girl from the store phones me at 4:15 pm to tell me it won't be delivered until 5:30 or 6:00. I said absolutely not, I'll be in tomorrow to get my money. She tries to refuse me this so I repeat, I'll be in tomorrow for my money. Just pathetic!!! Don't go here, they have no clue what they're doing!

I would give this a 0 if I was able to. My family has ordered from this company many times (mississauga area) and we have always been pleased with our orders, until I went to this location. Today is my birthday and I placed an order yesterday for a birthday basket. They were out of balloons so I did not even receive one with my order which is fine. I also ordered a 2 and a 1 to put in the arrangement. When I came home and opened it the numbers were placed like the photo below. I paid 120$ for this presentation, there are suppose to be 3 stars that are not even visible, just shoved towards the bottom. It looks like a three year old put this together. Please do not go to this location as the customer service is terrible. I was hung up on and questioned why I didn't come back right away when I had classes all day and was only able to run home to put it in my fridge. I shouldn't have to go back and complain, it should have been done right the first time. The owner refuses to do anything and says she's never had any complaints yet there are other 1's given as reviews on this location. The 21 is what is suppose to stand out and this is what I received for 120$ ...

I ordered a Mother’s Day box of chocolate covered strawberries and two bouquets of flowers. The strawberries were all different sizes, not put in the box properly. The bouquets had wilting flowers and one was fuller than the other. Paid $160 and did not receive anything worth that price.
