I recently got a membership here and the process was super simple. Any information I missed online the staff had no problem providing me with. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the whole building and layout is pretty cool too. During these recent cold snaps I really enjoyed a hot shower after my workouts and the steam room was such a great treat. Super warm and super steamy.

Honestly its hard to provide perfection when it comes to regulating temperature and humidity in a recreational multiplex such as this but I would say they exceed expectations. The food and beverage options right in the building are excellent whether you are in the mood for a smoothie or something a little more substantial.

It is a great place to spend some time with a healthy and inclusive atmosphere!

The sauna was HOT. I haven’t sweat like that in years and it felt amazing!

I’ve been a member here, on and off, for 10 years. It always draws me back, even after moving to the opposite end of the City, for the value and variety of options provided with membership. I mostly use the weight room or concourse but sometimes will meet up with family in the pool after “me time” in the gym.

Design Works Centre public skates are included in our membership so I’ll be checking those out more this year ⛸️

Good membership rates. Gym usually active but rarely too busy. Would really like a climbing rope. Other than that it has all the equipment I could want.

I'm not sure when the pool facility opens but most if the kids pool and lazy river opened at around 3 or 4. Other than that this place is great, kid friendly and the gym facility is pretty good! With a daycare to leave while out for a work out

I recently got a membership and have really enjoyed the option of childcare so that I can work out! The staff at playcare are great and my kids look forward to going! It's a win for all of us!

if you want to succeed in this life and do something a little more for yourself and for your loved ones then go to this center and visit it as often as possible and stay in it as long as possible and after a while you will feel how luck smiles at you and says - Hello, I'm here

Staffing problems always leads to "at capacity " wait times for the pool. Having to wait 45 minutes to enter a pool that's practically empty is kinda bogus

Good pool wish the slides were open more great for kids they need more floating devices for infants though.
