When we were trying to get our house ready for sale, Gary and Dwayne at Dri-Rite helped us out as a priority, in a rush, and on very fair terms. The workers (Isaiah, Austin, Brody) were all punctual, super hard-working, and very friendly and courteous. They completed the repairs to the foundation of our home in just two days, including hammering up and hauling out a bunch of concrete, installing 8 steel straps, core-filling, installing 30 feet of membrane, and refinishing the floor, AND they cleaned up every speck of dust and debris. We can not thank Dri-Rite enough – you made it easy for us. Highly, highly recommended – Thx Gary and the whole team.

I chose Dry-rite for the second time at my house.
First time was for a back water valve and walls that were waterproofed. I used the subsidy which save me a lot of money.
This year I needed 2 walls waterproofed.
After receiving my call, they responded quickly.

After having water seeping into my mother's basement we called the company that came up first on my google search:
Paul's Basement & Waterproofing and the quote was outrageous, so we called the next company being Dry- Rite.
So glad we did, Gary and his team are awesome and he saved my mom $14,000.
They removed 40yrs+ of "stuff" from my mother's basement, dug a trench along the perimeter of the basement (indoors) placed the weeping tile and cemented over it, and placed a barrier on the walls.
They installed a sump pump with a back valve, and completed the job in 3 days.
Gary also advised us of the subsidy program available through the City of Windsor for installing the sump pump, and mom will be getting $2800 back, which Paul did not even mention about the rebate /subsidy program.
I highly recommended Dry- Rite, call Gary for a quote and get the job done right, and save yourself or someone you know some $$$. His crew was kind, and efficient.

My husband and I were extremely happy with the work Dry-Rite completed on our basement, to waterproof our laundry room and furnace area. Not only were they kind and extremely professional, they took the time to thoroughly plan out how the job was going to be done so that minimal damage was done to our basement. They were also very careful with the removal/demo, to allow us to reuse as much material as possible after the job was done. Nothing but good things to say. Dry-Rite attended this past Saturday and raised some cement slabs that I thought were going to be unfixable. Turned out better than I expected. Very professional and excellent quality of work. Will be definitely using them again in the future!
