Great communication skills and attention to the project details won Drobot their first job with us! We hired them for understanding our project and their scope of work. They had a clear and organized approach to the foundation and servicing for this backyard oasis project including a new pool, garage and cabana. They excavated and completed the foundations for the new garage and cabana without issue. They were collaborative and worked with us on the complicated servicing and utility trench tie-ins to the main house helping get this project out of the ground successfully.

The entire Drobot team was extremely professional, polite and easy to work with. Pricing was competitive and their ability to accommodate the project schedule won them their first project with us. We hired Drobot for our Laneway foundation and slab. Nazar, Andrii, Vlad, Egor and were courteous, neat, had great attention to detail, fast, and most importantly took pride in their work. We were very impressed with the quality of work, and ability to beat our anticipated schedule.

They constantly updated us on the progress and reached out whenever details were unclear or they had a more efficient suggestion.

Nazar even helped out during design suggesting modifications to our foundation based on his experience on previous laneways.

We had an unfortunate incident where the Concrete truck drove over a neighbours driveway and left some damage, which can happen during construction. Nazar immediately sprung into action to find a remedy and organize a repair.

Nazar and his team are fantastic. All incredibly hard working, really nice group of people. One thing that really stood out for us that made our experience exceptional (aside from the impeccable work of course) was regular communication. We knew each day when people were showing up and what the objective was for the day. It managed our expectations really well and allowed us a sense of ease with a project that had a lot of milestones. I highly recommend anyone looking for foundation work to use Drobot. Our project was a full main floor and basement addition for which the foundation, tying into our existing foundation, removal of existing foundation wall, waterproofing, tying in to our existing sump pump, adding weeping tile, building forms for steel support posts and pouring of new concrete for the basement floor was all looked after.

We had a difficult project- replace the entire foundation of a boathouse that was near collapse. Nazar, Misha, Ryan and Alex had to hand carry every single block and bag of cement down and up 3 flights of stairs to reach the site, and remove all the existing block. The entire building had to be carefully braced and supported while each wall was replaced with new reinforced block and waterproofing. This was a difficult project but Nazar’s ability to think ahead and work out a complicated procedure was perfect. Over 5 weeks they were able to complete the project and save the building. When the work was finished the team cleaned up the site perfectly. As an architect I was very particular about the details of the work, and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend this company. Amazing people, amazing product. I literally had to do nothing except call. The owner came to my house personally to make sure everything I wanted was taken care of. The workers worked diligently, quickly and quietly given the waterproofing situation. I am totally pleased with the work done and would recommend this company to anyone who needs them.
