We made the mistake of working with Dream Design Architecture for our project of adding a unit above our garage. Karim, the owner, was unresponsive and difficult to work with. He lacked efficiency, didn’t seem knowledgeable, and was rarely available when we needed him. His involvement in the project was minimal, and we’re not confident he’ll be reliable when the project resumes.
