Friendly, supportive service from the enquiry to the vehicle pick up. Booking the pick up, the office was flexible in times, advised me of the process and the driver would be calling me to set the time. The driver called on time and arrived at our set time which was an hour after. I was not sure which part of the permit I signed and that I kept. The driver walked me through it and took control of the pick up in a friendly manner. Will definitely go there again.

We lost a loved one to Alzheimer's a few years ago, so there was no doubt that we wanted to make sure that our car donation went to support the Alzheimer Society of BC. Donate A Car Canada. was phenomenal and has made the process easy. Within an hour of completing the online form I had the contact information for the the metal recycler and was able to speak and make arrangements with the tow truck driver, Angelo. Angelo was amazing, communicated all the documents we needed at pick up and is such a lovely man. We are so thankful organizations like this exist.Thank you to everyone involved for making this a seamless and painless experience!

My experience with this company was positive from start to finish. The process was easy, and the whole thing was wrapped up quickly. The tow driver who picked up the car was prompt, polite, friendly and caring. The follow up from Donate A Car was also helpful and caring.
This is an all-round great organization, and I would not hesitate to use them again, and to recommend their services to anyone who would like to donate their vehicle to the charity of their choice.

I have nothing but good things to say about Donate-a-Car, from the ease of setting up the application to the experience with the staff and driver. The driver was prompt , courteous, and very amiable. In all, three business days to complete the transaction, including the follow up from the donor support supervisor. I said goodbye to my 20 year old truck, instead of trying to sell it, I decided to offer it up to the very worthwhile charity, The Alzheimer’s Society of Calgary. Thank you very much for making our experience so simple and efficient. The Hyundai we donated was picked up in a timely manner by a very friendly and helpful tow truck driver. He made the process very pleasant. We are glad that our donation will be put to good use by Union Gospel Mission, a charity that we have been supporting for many years. We would definitely recommend this service to everyone we know.
