I recently stumbled across Dogs with Wings in search for an autism service dogs. I was well communicated through the website that there could be a 2-3 year wait before we can get a service dog assigned to us. I have requested to be put on the waitlist now, I believe this will be worth the wait!

This is a great idea for an organization, and greatly needed, but don't expect a dog anytime soon. They are not even taking new applicants. I realize this may not be their fault, but what's the purpose of a charity that doesn't provide any service I was very disheartened by the news that they can't get dogs for anyone.

This will be my last post on this matter, I will not play the he said she said game.

I am not confused because I have uploaded two separate documents on where the Government of Albert stands on their qualified list of approved service dog organisations and YOU AREN'T ON EITHER.

As for Assistance Dogs International, it is an American organization and standards that stood up in 1985, San Francisco, CA. It wasn't till 2008,
London, UK – First ADI conference to be held outside of North America. This information I got straight off their own website. The only thing that makes them "International" is just their name.
The two major criteria to be a member is you have to be non-profit and pay a membership fee.

Lastly there are accusations that your organization is band from the West Edmonton Mall to do training because of your trainers and you buy dogs that have washed out of different service training to turn them around as PTSD dog.

Just an odd organization. Very disorganized. Only thing they are good at is being arrogant. I would recommend staying as far away from them as possible.

Doga with wings help people by providing well trained service dogs. They train dogs to become service dogs. Attend their information session to better understand the work they do.
