No idea how anyone in their mid 20's can afford a home based on their standards. As someone making close to 6 figures who can't get approved for a 300k property, this place needs a reality check. Based on their "protocol" someone would need a 200k salary to get approved for a 300k mortgage. Insane. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

I recently had issues with the new app and was very disappointed and frustrated, I voiced my frustration and the team called me up and walked me through step by step to try fix the issue. It took a couple tries and a day but in the end it worked out well. I am happy to review and say that I am very happy with the app now. Any issues are always quickly handled and always a very caring staff. Keep up the good work Nancy and Wendy you girls are the best!!!

It’s a waste of time dealing with their business department. The agent talks big on the phone about your business. He couldnt wait to meet me for the deal. Once I walked in to the appointment I found they are not interested in my business at all.
It could have been easier if they would have told me on the phone that they are not interested. Than I would have not wasted my time. This was the secound time within the last 4 years I talked to them. It was the same like years ago. Nothing has changed

Highly corrupted bank. They need people to sue them. I can drop a ten grand retainer just to take this bank to court not even a bank
