Before deciding on our builder we looked at a lot of show homes, plans and talked to a few builders. We loved the workmanship and detail in the Delonix show home. Daryl and his team were more than pleasant to work with on the projects that ranged from garage packages to stunning 2 story homes. Well organized, on time and easy to approach with any problems that arose. Daryl would work with you on a solution instead of dwelling on the problem which made working with them a really good experience. Saskatoon is down a really good builder.

We just had a home made from Delonix. Daryl and everyone at Delonix were very hands-on and very involved with the work. They were great to communicate with every single step of the way from buying the land to putting in the foundation to buying all the fixtures in the house and even after moving in. Daryl was also very mindful of not exceeding the budget that we had, which is great. Having options to acquire things ourselves was also great (like buying the sink that we love and the light fixtures). They might not be the cheapest in terms of price like other cookie cutter homes but compared to the quality workmanship, detailedness of work, and having be entirely custom built, they are the best.
