Defined Concrete did an outstanding job installing a reinforced concrete pad for our generator. They worked efficiently, ensuring the pad was properly reinforced with rebar, and also trenched a precise hole for the natural gas line while accurately placing conduit for the electrician. Their attention to detail was top-notch.

Despite a major rainstorm, they adapted and completed the job on time without compromising quality. Their professionalism and workmanship were excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work. Five-star service all around and very reasonable rates.

Had a complete driveway and sidewalk replacement by Defined Concrete just complete. Amazing job. I loved that Defined Concreted took the time to learn what we liked and didn't like and made suggestions on how we could improve on our own ideas based on their many years of experience.

I’d like to start this review by saying that I am a person that reads, reviews, questions, and learns about every project I’m doing.

That being said…In our backyard, we needed a cement pad for a hot tub with a joined pathway running to the back fence line. I framed the project, and hired Defined Concrete Services to deliver and pour the cement, and brush finishing (with troweled edge)

We organized many quotes and visits by contractors and small cement companies.

Allan was by far the best!

He spend the time to measure, walk around, and answer all my questions during the site visit, and he also was quick responding to my phone calls and emails later in the day.

Allan’s work quote was well laid out, and listed everything we had talked about, point by point. This showed me his excellent attention to detail, and the obvious fact that he had tailored the job to exactly what I had asked for.

He was quick with updates on dates and times of the job parts. His company and the workers were on time, and very respectful of the property.

The finished product is excellent, and I would not hesitate to hire Allan and Defined Concrete Services for future projects.

[ ] After receiving quotes from three cotractors, we chose Defined Concrete to replace our 31 year old exposed aggregate driveway. Not only was Al the the only contractor to call us back after a site visit, but his quote mirrored what we discussed and the details were clearly broken out in his quote. Al and his team were great to work with! I was looking for someone to fix the stairs going down to my basement suite, and contacted a bunch of companies to get quotes. Defined concrete was the first contact me back and was the first to schedule a day to come quote me. Al sent me a quote on the spot and detailed in email. I decided to work with this company for their quick responses and realistic pricing. From removing old stairs to pouring concrete, it probably took a total of 4 days to finish completely. During that time, working with the team was fantastic. They were professional, reliable and punctual. They re-did the concrete sidewalk around our home and added a small concrete patio in our backyard—we were so impressed with the quality, how respectful the crew was, and how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward.
