I helped a new to ottawa man today via debra dynes food bank. They were welcoming and efficient and had a generous food box to give including chicken or fish and fruit and vegetables and milj and tinned goods. Excellent staff

thay do a good job at fileing incomes tax returns but the only thing is ther not to good at returning phone calls thay really should keep track on returning phone calls to booking appointments

Very bad food bank, not enough place to park your car. Plus the food items are old and vegetables are rotten. Not much welcoming to others. . Somebody should inspect this place for food safety management.

It's a good and helpful place. and I greatly appreciate it. However, when I was there today the social distancing wasn't very good, and one girl(non- staff worker of Debra Dynes Family House) wasn't wearing a mask. There needs to be more Covid safety rules enforced, and more distancing. Thank You.

Barbra Carol is an amazing woman who has helped me in many ways for approx 20 years. The help has ranged from food, clothing, Christmas hampers, toy mountain assistance. Filling out my taxes. She has even given me advice and support when dealing with different issues or organizations. She makes sure she maintains a great staff by her side. So far I've only go here for the food bank and I have to say it's a small place compared to the family center in Caldwell, but there is no picking of foods. Everyone gets the same thing as possible. I like that system. That way the next person is not waiting for you to pick something on a shelf that's 4-5 feet away and you can barely read it anything on it ( like at Caldwell's food bank ) and everyone has the same amount for their group (single, family)
All the ppl I've talked to here are nice and polite so far.
