Just wondering how to contact the Director for Operations of this office or the whole Northern BC executives for Service Canada. I've had a very bad experience in dealing with the Indian guy in front desk. I don't want him to get fired but he needs to do his job properly. The other front guy is good. He made business fast and simple.Wish I have time to comeback and give him a hot coffee.

Can't look after their sidewalks to save their life, had a slip and fall injury to my wife, the security guard proceeded to yell and swear at me and my wife about how it's not his responsibility to take care of the sidewalk... it may not be but it is the owner or employees job to make sure... this is disgusting behavior and the security goober will be lucky if he has a job after this....

We are all taxpayers standing in line to get a service that we already paid for, yet there isnt enough people here for the long line up to be taken care of. Shame on you liberals that can setve us like we deserve.

This place has to be shutdown. The worst govt office ive ever been. Only one staff, and if you are waiting in line with 5 person ahead of you, it will take atleast 5 hours for you to be entertained. No organization. The customer service js just awful

We arrived just after 3pm on a Friday and it was quite busy. The two staff members were working hard to help everyone. By the time we were done processing our applications it was 4:30 pm. At no time did the person helping make us feel badly that it was past closing time. She was friendly and courteous and got the paperwork done as quickly as possible. For the complainers, if you can be online to whine you can search for hours of operation.
