Fantastic customer service often goes above & beyond. Sometimes holds are placed on cheques more often then other banks I have used in the past BUT they usually offer to call your home branch & remove the hold & if they don't offer they will if asked. Also very trans friendly experiences with a teller I think named Matthew. Thank you!!

Terrible service. Sent an email enquiring about a service and they did email back right away asking when they could call me. I responded with an open availability. No call back. I called them and no apology but the financial advisor said he would need to call me back in a day or two. Never heard back again.

There are lots of financial institutions to choose from. If you want dependable and reliable service go elsewhere.

This bank is just terrible. I had a problem with my credit card. They just closed the branch at Spring Garden street and didn´t informed the custmers. I had a credit card with this bank and probably received a bill at my spam folder email. They never sent a SMS alerting me about it, they never tried to call me about it and just registered as a bad credit.

I really recommend for everyone to stay far CUA Bank and Collabria Credit Cards.

Extremely inconvenient hours for anyone that works a 9-5 job Monday- Friday. You’ll literally have to book time off of work to be able to interact with an actual human being as they close at 4 on weekdays and are closed on weekends.

It’s 2025, and it still feels hilarious to use an envelope when depositing money into an ATM. And it’ll take four days for the money to show up in the account, really? Please replace your Stone Age ATMs.
