Ever since taking over by Access, service quality just gone down to the drain! You can never reach anyone in the branch anymore! This is worse than banks! Credit union used to be good that you can call branch directly but no you can’t do that anymore. Everything has to go through a call center! If that’s the case, you may as well just hire an offshore call center for a fraction of the cost!

Never open nor can I access the atm because they lock the doors because of the homeless drug addicts all day Saturday and all day Sunday even though you would never know this unless you own a phone with internet to be able to google their hours… the times on the doors are not accurate or true. Might switch to my old home branch because I’m sick and tired of being charged 3-5 dollars just to use an atm elsewhere.

As an established business professional, I recently reached out to Access Credit Union for a personal mortgage. Later, I contacted their team to request a visit with the Henderson branch to open additional accounts on short notice. Not only did they facilitate my request, but they imported all of my data from the mortgage team, and had all the signing documents completed in advance of my arrival. Next, they prepared quick print checks for my immediate banking needs, and their team also managed to pre-assign bank cards prior to me setting foot in the branch. Can you imagine? I mean WoW!!! Not only were the staff courteous and polite…they were “professional”, and I mean that in every sense of the word. Thank you, Access Credit Union. I liked the credit union when it was smaller and provided a peronal touch you dont get from the bigger banks. Theen I had a terrible experience at the Henderson branch by one of their employees that... well she should not be working with the public. Im in the process of moving my personal accounts, business accounts and investments elsewhere... I suggest all do the same.

Very disappointed in the customer service!
Left my ATM card in a Winnipeg location at Henderson Highway while travelling.
They refused to send it to my location. They said they had no way of sending it "internally".
Guess they wanted to save the 60 cents for a stamp after I have thousands of dollars in their accounts. Have been meaning to change banks. This is the clincher.

We were promised an update within a day before being dodged, ignored, and neglected for over a week. Cross Town Civic does not care about low-budget first-time home buyers looking to make a long lasting relationship. Returning customer calls or emails is common courtesy and practice in the business industry, but apparently not for their Mortgage specialists.

I have been very happy with this credit union. They have always been very helpful. I do agree that the hours are not great for those who work regular business hours. They are open later on Thursdays.
