A friend told me about CCS and I connected with Reggie. He not only shared great tools and online resources but spent time going over using them specific to my situation. They non profit organization so the work for you, they are non judgemental very kind and understanding and they love putting smiles on their customers faces while still being able to keep the professionalism. Not sure which office I was speaking with but I need to say a big thank you to Sandra and Heather. Dealing with fraudulent debt collection can be stressful but these 2 were not only amazingly helpful but incredibly kind. I highly recommend using this service, it might be scary to pick up the phone and face your credit issues but you can guarantee that you will leave the conversation feeling better than before.
