I cannot recommend this company based on my current experience. As of September 19th, 2024, I am still waiting on an order placed on August 19th, 2024. Despite the significant delay, I was informed by the team that I could expedite the process by upgrading to priority service for an additional $100. Otherwise, I was told it could take several more weeks to receive my federal corporation. This level of service has been disappointing.

Have helped two clients incorporate their businesses using corporationcentre.ca in the last two months and always a smooth experience. Plenty of resources on the site so do your homework and read before you start. I think the negative reviews here are from people who didn’t really do that.

Do not waist your time, money and energy. stay away from this terrible service provider. Possibly scam. I purchased a nuans report but never received it. I called customer service 5 times but never get the report or refund. I just give it up and buy the report from another service provide.

Extremely terrible service. There is no customer support whatsoever. Imagine asking for a NUANS search and one chat agent tells you the report was sent to you 2 days ago and another agent tells you it is cancelled. DO NOT TRUST this company with your company registration. Do not risk your time, money and energy.

Very frustrating experience. The have callers that are only taking messages, do not offer solutions, and when asked to speak with a supervisor, they all claim to be one.
A report that claims will be delivered within 2 to 3 hours is currently taking me over 20 hours, and I still don't have it.
I should have read the reviews prior to contacting them.

Good website and process to complete the incorporation process. Beware of the GST/HST and payroll registration. They fax the forms to the CRA instead of using other quicker methods such as online or telephone.
