The staff are extremely understanding, compassionate and kind. The building and beds are clean. Security is best as it can be without invading on people's rights. Foods good and you will have a huge array of support and community services. Remember, we all need a little help sometimes. Never be ashamed to reach out. We're all in this together.

These people have helped me numerous times to get back on my feet whether it was due to loss of employment through covid or something else. Staff is excellent and they are helpful you just need to put in some effort for yourself to show that you aren't just trying to get a free ride. Make the positive changes in your life and work on yourself. The rest will follow soon so don't give up.

Absolutely disgusting treatment and complete lack of regard for people that are clearly in need of assistance. Expect lots of red tape, being spoken to like you are a criminal, no follow up or care for human beings that are deserving of food and shelter and to live their life in Ontario, Canada. I am appalled that this is called a service. Hire people with lived experience of being homeless as these people are the strongest, bravest, worthiest people and are deserving of so much more than this horrible government agency.

Business fueled by housing crisis. No intention to eliminate the housing crisis or there would be no business. Does everything in their power to drive the housing crisis further increasing profits. Front line staff are amazing.

Honestly don't know how this place hasn't been shut down or restaffed used to live there a few years ago felt a lot safer when I lived on the street staff were horrendous to us lots of us were forced to sleep on the hard floor. They would send Some people too known bed bug infested motels that would force illegal against the law rules on their tenants and they knew and didn't care would rate negative stars if I could
