I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of people in managerial positions in this organisation. I was interviewed for the community support worker position on 29 July 2024. Before attending the interview I just let the management know that I don't have a valid driver's licence (supervisor (Janice)). I came from another province only because of the false hope she has given and before I came here I quit my previous job and vacated my apartment and everything. During the interview, the hiring manager and supervisor did not give any clue that they were not going to hire me. After the interview, I got a reply from the hiring manager(Aaron) that he is working on my references. It has been three months since I came for this thing and I didn't get any callback or mail. I tried to contact the hiring manager, mailed him, try to meet him nothing worked. If anybody from the management side would notice this, I request you to please be transparent and reliable. Trust is the only thing that we can't buy, I trust Janice that's why I came here. Before continuing this position Madam . Janice and Mr Aaron I recommend you to go through leadership theory and practice by Northouse before continue with the leadership position.
