if i could give zero stars, i would. ruthanne smith is completely unprofessional and does not speak to people in a kind way.

my mother went in to cancel my late grandfather's house policy and was treated like a child that had done something wrong. she tsked and shook her head and shamed my mother for "waiting so long" when my mother is the sole executrix and the only one doing all of the necessary steps for estate closures. Which was written on the papers. It was clear that this was an Estate Claim.

this was extremely upsetting and deeply unprofessional and unethical. this should have been handled with MUCH more compassion and empathy and not treating a grown woman like a stupid child.

i do NOT recommend this place at all.

EDITING TO SAY: huge thank you to Mark Smith for being so prompt in his response to my email i sent in regards to this matter. i do hope that this is a learning lesson for ruthanne and that she remembers to have empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients.
