Went in here looking for some commercial insurance, the agent acted like it was a inconvenience to write me up a quote which I found very strange as it was a big insurance deal, you could tell he was just a employee collecting a wage. Highly recommend avoiding this place for anything other then simple icbc vehicle insurance. Ended up going down the road to waypoint, way better service there.

Charged me a cancellation fee for changing my insurance. Instead of making the change they literally made me cancel it, and start over so they could claim the extra fees. Even had me turn in my license plates(this part is probably provincial). But completely useless. Just change the policy. My last insurance company just let me switch everything over the phone with no issues. But thanks to British (steal every penny from you) Columbia. I get to pay extra fees and travel around wasting time and money. Thanks BC.

Dont use these guys
They send threatening messages after you used someone else that was over $1000 cheaper for the same service. And threatened to to put it threw and send to collections to go against your credit ratings
DONT LIKE BEING #THREATENED. WONT USE YOU EVER EVER!
AGAIN. THANKS FOR OVER CHARGING TOO

Terrible terrible service!!!! Went in for a quote for business insurance, 3 rental houses, vacation property and because I didn't know 1 piece of info that he could have looked up on the internet and REFUSED. THEY JUST LOST AT LEAST $15000.00
