I was referred to Tiziana specifically, by a long time industry colleague. She did not disappoint!

I had been dissatisfied with my insurance broker. I contacted Tiziana to get a quote for business liability insurance. She responded fast, enthusiastically and immediately asked how I prefer to communicate. She, being extremely good at her job, asked about my automotive insurance because in my industry the right coverage matters. I sent her my policy and she saw quickly that the coverage I currently had was just completely incorrect based upon my business habits/needs. Tiziana asked all the right questions and worked her magic. I now have business liability, the right auto policy and coverage for my home for an amazing bundled rate.

Tiziana knows her industry and how to help small businesses, correctly. I will be working with her for my business from this point forward and recommending her to anyone and everyone I can.

Extremely poor customer service. I have been with the cooperators for 11 years. Jovan and Dan threatened to cancel my insurance policy because I tried to change my address and could not recieve mail at my new address where I am only staying for 3 months. They were very rude and confrontational basically saying we wont change our policies to please your landlord. After having enough to do with these two clowns I called another cooperators and within two minutes I had recieved my new liability slips for my vehicles via email and they had changed my address on my policy.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND FRUSTURATION AND GO TO ANY OTHER COOPERATORS DAN AND JOVAN ARE NOT A PART OF!

Edit: this is several days after I changed branches and Jovan continues to harass me over email and trying to make changes to my policy even though I have changed branches.
