Jeremy Benson is a magnificent employee. I always seem to be in a rush and at the last moment and it doesn’t faze him what so ever. Kind, to the point, extremely efficient and has the ability to understanding exactly what is needed, despite the stress he is under.
He recently helped me get specific insurance. I wasn’t sure what I needed and I my call to the office came after hours. I was ready to leave a message when my call was answered. Again today I emailed concerning a change of address. Within minutes he responded and set everything up. He has very good communication skills.

Extremely disappointed in this local insurance company. No one answers the phone or returns your calls/voicemails or emails. They don’t take the time to check over your policies to make sure there isn’t any errors- this happened multiple times to my polices and is still on going. They don’t help you with anything they just send you to a call centre. When you show up in person there is no one at the front desk to help you and none of the employees in their office acknowledge you, they just pretend you didn’t walk in and continue to ignore you.

HIGHLY recommend not shopping here for insurance! Definitely go elsewhere!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Like how they will take the time to discuss options not only for insurance but also investments. Corey took the time to explain and show me the various types of investments that would work best for me. Gave me options without being pushy or feeling rushed to make a choice.

Over the last year I have had a vehicle breaking with over $3000 in tools stolen, as well as a separate incident where a trailer was stolen from my property. In both cases cooperators found loop holes to not pay a dime….
