Before I leave my initial review, I’d like to say the staff at this location are good and did what they could do. This is more about the overall cooperators company.

Been with Co-operators for a while now. Their prices went way up this year and I had to cancel because I simply cannot afford their new prices.

I cancelled 2 weeks before my next payment was to come out and they charged me almost as much as an entire month of insurance to cancel.

I was transferred to different departments to dispute the charge and nobody could do a thing or even reduce the price at all.

I’m very disappointed and I’ve found cheaper insurance elsewhere and will not be returning to cooperators.

Christine has an amazing family attitude that I just fell in love with. She is so knowledgeable and has the best personality when explaining different products. She guides you through the process professionally and charismatically. She is the in person “Insurance for dummies” handbook. Worst price ever for a 2014 civic i was paying 420 cad i was having G License and clean history no tickets .I got better deals which is half of there price in the same address don’t go for cooperators .When i cancelled my insurance one representative told i will 70 dollar back after every deductions now other person is telling i owe 20 dollar more and they don’t have any documents to show my deductions.

ethical outstanding performance and service Ive had from the over the years.
I have home insurance, home business insurance, 3 motor vehicles insurance, RV insurance, annual Travel insurance and finally financial investments.And i have been super happy with everything they have done for me.

The worst customer service I've ever had...and I was a Bell customer throughout the 90's. As a customer for the last 2 years, the only time I ever got a call back from them after leaving a message was when I wanted to add an ATV to my policy. I cancelled my policy with them 3 months ago and just saw my payments are still coming out. Of course I called again and the lady says "there's nothing in your file to indicate you had any contact with our office", as though that's my problem, or a surprise in such a dysfunctional office. DO NOT USE this location.
