I have cooperative insurance from last 2 years and 5 to 6 family members are also using same company from years and i have clear records i moved from Ontario to Alberta this year they immediately increased 52$ dollars then they called me after 3 months and says you have driven your cars more than expected kms as i mentioned i moved and it was obvious and i had bought second hand car then they says we increased your 100$ more in this scenario within 6 months my insurance is double now i never seen such company what they give excuses and they mislead if you take the rental car for some reason rental car insurance is covered by us but when we went to rental car pickup they said they didn’t add in in it i was shocked as they had said we cover SEF 20 and 27 also again i am paying everyday 25$ extra to them until i get my car back i am totally fed up with this company now

Great customer service, super quick email responses and always available to answer any questions. So easy to make adjustments to our policy. Their home insurance rates are very competitive and came in lower than 10+ other places for our rural property. Would recommend to anyone for home insurance!

Jill and Carolin are both very helpful and informative, they explained the details of coverage options and they helped us choose the right policy for our daughter. They also beat big city pricing, while providing more thorough coverage.
