I purchased a bottle of cream liquor over Christmas upon opening. I found that it had curdled. I took it back to the store and was given a replacement bottle that too upon opening was found to be curdled . I again went back to the store and said there’s something wrong with this batch. I was told that it was my fault and that it shouldn’t be kept in the fridge, even though on the bottle it says refrigerate after opening they would not give me an equivalent replacement or any compensation think twice about buying liquor at this store based on my experience.

I get greeted with a smile and great service when I come in. They got a great craft beer selection with beers I’ve never seen or heard of. Personal favourite is love to have kept stocked is the Birthday cake craft beer! Lots of selection in the cooler!

So…. Been shopping here the last year, spent a lot of money and met some cool people except for one… this woman liking chick that brags about liking and being married to a woman decides she didn’t like my husband bringing my 7 pound Yorkie in a harness on a leash to the store. She complained the tiny dog bruised her ankle.. he went back a few days later and she refused to sell him liquor because he brought the “scary”
Little dog back to the store. I went there no dog, no husband, and tried to buy liquor and she specifically refused to sell to me because she said I was his wife. I might be:.. but I had no dog and no husband with me so why did she think I couldn’t buy the alcohol? Cause she hates men? Cause she hates dogs?Not sure but she certainly should not have a job there. It’s odd that she decided to not like paying customers who spend a lot of money there and then told me “tell him he’s banned too” which I don’t remember her telling me I was banned in the first place. It’s laughable for sure but be warned, she clearly needs help! Anyway it’s no huge loss for us… there are tons of other stores who want our business and hopefully she gets counselling for her strange and unprofessional behavior.

I came in recently trying to pick out a gift for friends aniversary, I know very little about wine and was struggling to decide as they all looked the same to me. I don’t often think of a liquor store as somewhere you get customer service, it’s generally somewhere you’re in and you’re out on your own. With this in mind I took to google trying to figure out what to buy when a nice employee, jackson i believe, approached me and offered to help. He helped me with an excellent pick, that went over extremely well. It’s little things like this that really matter in customer service, I will be coming back to this co-op bc these are the things that matter. Thank you Jackson!!

Used to love this store, went in a couple times but decided i wont be going back anymore after dealing with this one employee, I had been asking an employee named jaxon for some help and he proceeded to ignore me, i then see as he turns his head he is wearing airpods, extremely unprofessional work practices and he should be attentive to customers…
