The women’s restroom sink was so dirty I opted to use sanitizing wipes in my car instead of washing my hands. The young Indian woman working the register was so rude, that multiple people in our car mentioned how uncomfortable she made all of us feel. Go elsewhere.

Having been in Whistler for the past 11 years I need to underline that I have noticed a huge decline in friendly customer service over the years.

Cashier staff have been very rude, lazy and inconsiderate the last few times visiting particularly.

Worst of both occasions was I needed to stop in for a washroom stop in the morning that would have followed by giving them my usual business ... Monster energy drink, coffee cookies, fuel etc

To my demise someone had had an accident on the toilet ... I then proceeded to inform the staff at the cash about this ... He rudely looked at me and said it's not my job to clean that up ...

1 : who the flip cares if it's your job or not who's going to do it if you don't.

2: it's non of the clients business if it's your job or not ... Apologize, thank him and tell him you will take care of it.

3: the other washroom was locked.

I walked out and drove all the way across town out of my way giving business to much friendlier, considerate and polite staff.

Second event and I'm not surprised to say the least yet stopped in for a pit stop and the current staff straight out says how much you owe him ... No hello, how are you, nor please or thank you ...

That's not how you greet customers especially not in a 5 star ski resort.

Common guys!! You can and I know you have done better!!

Owners are always polite and friendly.

I have informed them of this yet no changes unfortunately.

Station was closed and all pumps are locked with no signs to why. We unfortunately have not enough gas to get home to Squamish and are forced to drive back to green lake and hope they are open.
I have never experienced this living in Whistler/Squamish, this seems incredibly crazy to not have any gas stations open in this town!!!!

I was on crutches and I couldn’t get anywhere so someone came help me from the gas bar and that was very good customer service . Thanks co op gas bar!

I've visited this location a couple times earlier and everything is great. Clean location, good customer service. However I needed gas last night around 10:50pm and they had closed already, another driver came looking for gas as well and was pretty angry. If your posted hours are until 11pm then you should provide service until 11pm. I understand you have to start the closing process and everything, but if you're the only gas station open at night til 11 then you should know a lot of people rely on you and can find themselves stranded. At least leave the automatic payment system on at the pump for self service.

Great and friendly staff all day, nice and clean hip-hip hooray. The price of gas is pretty high, with no sign on the road, It's kinda sly. They have air for your tires and a vacuum, they'll keep you moving zom, zoom, zoom.
