I have been switching between a few pharmacies lately, there been some issues with not getting my refills on time and there is always an excuse like shortage. The most recent issue was with two main medication Olmtec plus & Ozampic ( hypertension & diabetes medication ) I've got precharged in another pharmacy and they couldn't deliver. I walked in , got treated with respect and was told they can have it next day . I don't need big names attached to other big names for my medication. Dr. Patal arranged the prescription transfer while I was shopping. This is the second time that he is helping me out , I have nothing but respect for him and his team . Thanks Doctor .

I don't write reviews but I thought I need to share my customer service experience at Co-op Pharmacy Hawkstone. On July 10th, I was in extreme pain and the pain was not subsiding after taking over the counter pain killers. I was not able to concentrate at my work place so I went to the nearest pharmacy from my work place where I met this wonderful pharmacist who was able to listen to my concern and call my doctor immediately explaining my situation. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and experienced. She knew that I have an infection and need immediate attention to start antibiotics. She immediately phoned my doctor to discuss my situation. With no seconds she filled my prescription and adviced to start taking antibiotic. She advised me to setup appointment with my doctor at the earliest and get it completely checked. All this happened in less than 5 mins wait time. Now a days most of the big chain pharmacy take minimum 4 hours to fill in a prescription. I wanted to thank Co-op Pharmacist for going that extra mile in addressing my concern and helping me out!
