Always great customer service. Today I was standing at the meat counter for a few minutes,the roast I was carrying was leaking.I figured possibly no one was working in this department. I kept looking around, out of the corner of my eye I see a young man walking toward me from the deli counter. I told him that I’d like to have the roast rewrapped, he immediately apologized for this, and quickly took it into the meat counter area. He found someone in the back, and it was wrapped. This young man’s name is Tanner. Thank you Tanner for seeing that I needed customer service, you’re a lovely young man. I hope you get recognition for your great service.

The Co-op Food Store has an excellent selection of products and the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Baked Goods Deli items, etc. all a diverse amount of choices.

I bought cold chicken, I understand that it wouldnt be as fresh but when I got home it was absolutely not fit to eat. It was hard as a rock. I threw it out. I usually come buy my lunch here as I work in the automall. I called and spoke to the manager, Amanda. She said, I would need to bring my receipt. Who keeps their receipt? I told her I can show her my online credit card that was charged on. She said, nope we need the receipt. I told her nevermind. I would of even settle for getting at least half the money. I was actually planning on buying steaks from them on my way home. Change my mind.

Went to try it out and see how they were, prices were noticeably higher than other places for the exact same product.
Was a really nice store but doesn't justify the prices

Would like to know what their formal procedures are regarding customers who don't drive and therefore may be carrying their purchases with them. Are your cashiers trained that they are to inquire if the customer paid for those purchases and then demand to see the receipt for it? Mine did. Then did not even look in the bag to see if the items matched the receipt. It was from Walmart, and luckily I paid cash that day because when I use my card I do not require the receipt. What if I didn't have one? Then what? Would security have been called to review the footage to make sure I wasn't a thief? Bothered by this as much as I am, I won't be shopping your store again. A shame, because I do not drive, and a local store like yours WAS beneficial to me.

Edit: ive been going to this location for 6 months. Multiple times now i have gone to this location at 8am when they open, and the doors are locked. Writing this now outside the location at 8:15am.

Good selection of meat, bakery, fresh stuff. Never a long line to check out. Seems like a hidden gem in the corner.
