Our favorite go-to gas station is the one where we always receive exceptional customer service from Gina. We need more Ginas at this gas station! Every time we visit, she greets us with a warm and friendly attitude, and she is always willing to assist us with any questions. Her extensive knowledge of the products and services available is amazing. She goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a positive experience every time we stop by.

Edit: August 2024 and just saw there’s no refunds coming this year for gas purchases. That’s the nail in the coffin for me. Never going back to this awful, out of the way sorry excuse for a gas station

PUMP SPEED. As of June 2024 it’s so frustrating to get fuel here . A few months back they upgraded the pumps and now it’s like a slow drip. It’s ridiculous. If you have an empty tank on a large vehicle you’ll be standing there for 15 minutes. I don’t want to hear any garbage about not their fault because no other gas station is this slow . Honestly I rarely stop here for this reason

Closes way too early and is rarely ever among the stations with lower prices.
Ok, this place just keeps getting worse!? It’s very strange… so now they don’t accept cash!! Up to 30 mins before closing. I found this out the other day when I was driving in fumes but knew I could at least make it there only to be told they don’t accept cash!!! I was like ok I don’t need change then no reason to not let me get gas. But the problem solving abilities are a little non existent here. Now, I avoid going here for any reason, can’t support a place that is this useless. Wow so it's been a year and they Still won't accept cash before their marked store hours!!! What a useless pile this place is. The owners should be forced to sell!! They clearly don't care about their business or their customers. Who doesn't take cash!?!?!? But they'll accept a card Hiw about putting that on your website so people don't waste their time going to your crappy establishment. I for one am never ever going to another Co op no matter how badly I may need to. Terrible place to get anything. Avoid it, they also charge a lot more on everything they sell. 711 is 1 minute away go there!!

I was just charged $8.70 for a 4 litre bottle of milk. This is 2x the cost at Superstore or Walmart.

The gas pumps are too slow. I purposely go to the 7'11 gas station instead, which is further away because these pumps take so long or I buy 50 dollars in gas instead of 150. You are losing money with these lousy pumps.

I attended the self serve station during the course of their building construction. Purchased my gas as I have always done with an accepted credit card and when finished replaced the gas nozzle and waited until the option for receipt come up. I pressed the request for a receipt and noticed the flashing light at the printer but don’t receive a receipt. That was not the problem; when I asked the attendant sitting outside the building for a receipt she asked me if I pressed receipt when prompted and I said yes. She checked the receipt section for paper and there was plenty. She then asked me if I really wanted a receipt and I said yes. The attendant went inside the building and returned with a receipt. I said thank you and she said the next time you come to the station you won’t get a receipt. 😉😉😉 I said that’s fine, I won’t be coming back to your station again if I can’t have a receipt.

I value supporting co-ops! It's great that we have one here in South Delta.

I have a BCAA membership, but the 3 cents off at Shell still usually makes it more expensive.

If I lived closer to Langley, I'd be tempted to use my Costco membership with their gas bar.
