Can’t refund $2 worth of faulty machine. I complained that the high pressure soap or rinse was not functioning. Gave me a code for a free 2 mins but after keying in the code it will not allow me to use it. Went back in to show them the video that it was not functioning. Gave me a new one and use a different bay and guess what, same thing happened so it was frustrating to ask for a new one as it is so time consuming. Guy at cashier said I can’t offer refund in cash. All crap machines. Machine is working if you are paying, but for free 2min code it will not work. Guess free is not allowed specially if it means they will loose a few dollars.

Always broken and they will sell you a car wash and not tell you it's broken. Vehicle never comes out clean when it is working, not even the windows. So sad, it used to be one of the best in town years ago.

Worst carwash ever, no chemicals at all in the machines, maybe some soap but none of the good stuff. Don't waste your money. Bays were dirty too. The sad thing is, the pressure on this carwash is good, they just don't maintain it at all. Basically a scam.

This used to be my favorite neighborhood wand wash place in town—but not anymore!! 😡 Stopped this morning for a quick little car wash and half the bays aren’t working correctly—I had to try 3 different ones mid-wash!, someone before me left a note on one that the soap didn’t work well, no more credit cards accepted in the bay machines (although no signs or anything stating that—I only found out when I went inside and got a rude response from the cashier when I asked for change), and the change machine is out of order, etc etc.
This place is a dump now and it used to be good when it was Husky! What happened when Coop took over? Obviously they don’t have any interest in keeping the car wash up. I think I’ll write an email to the management but in the meantime stay away & wash your car somewhere else. I can’t support local when it’s this terrible!!

This used to be a fairly decent carwash but it has declined over the years. The rebranding to Co-op has done nothing to improve the carwash except for the snazzy new Co-op curtains which does absolutely nothing for the place. The lighting inside of the building is worse than trying to wash a vehicle inside of a black cow. The floors are filthy in the bays but at least now I have a nice pair of black shoes. The wash wand plugged up with a piece of calcium as I was trying to rinse my vehicle off and that was the last straw for this place. Drove over to competition to finish the job. One good thing about this Co-op car wash is that it has great heaters in the building You can sit inside the building to drink your Tim Hortons coffee while defrosting your vehicle.

The only reason I gave one star was because 0 stars wasn't an option. I have had enough bad experiences when it was a Husky that I had quit going there. I thought maybe rebranding to coop would change things, but its the same owners so clearly not. I used their car wash today, and the hose had blown a hole in it and sprayed me in the face while I was standing putting more coins in. So I look and the car wash is unattended. Then, after talking to the attendant in the gas bar he tells me he's the only one their and can't do anything about this huge safety concern. I asked for the managers number, he refuses. He takes my number to give the manager instead and still no call. Never again will i go here, I recommend to everyone else also to stay away for your own safety.

The self serve car wash... I go here almost on a weekly basis. There is never any rain x and the times they did, there is so little pressure that it takes forever to cover the car, meanwhile the timer is still going. I am 90% certain there is no hot wax either. They definitely need to step up their car wash maintenance schedule. Needless to say, I am done wasting my money here. As an added bonus, as others have said, I've also come across the Husky not being open at the time posted.

Air machine is rigged to take money but barely pump air, don't even touch it.
