I really wanted to give the station more stars as I like what Co-ops represent. Unfortunately, while they have everything you could ask for at a convenience store/gas bar, including propane which they sell by weight (excellent), their new car wash leaves a lot to be desired and frankly, go elsewhere to go through an automatic car wash. Initially when I called from home (10 mins away), it was suggested the car got dirty on the way. Lol. Seriously, if this was the case, no one would wash their car. They then said the next time I'm in to let them know and they will give a courtesy wash. Well that is good of them but I would prefer to have the car washed properly the first time. If you do use the car wash. I recommend you pull over in the parking lot and check if it's good and hope it's not busy if you have to go through it again.

Dear all people who ever visiting this location.
I am writing to express my worst experience with the automated car wash service as well as worst conversions and unprofessional response from the store owner which I ever experienced before at any location at very first time. Despite using the service, I found that my car was not cleaned properly, with noticeable residue and spots remaining after the wash. In the bumpers and side mirrors I attached the picture also.

I came home where near by this store unfortunately i didn't check front of my car and bumpers at that time later i checked and noticed the car wash not done properly then i called and informed the owner of the store. He said that I should have checked the car immediately. I believe that as a customer, it is not my responsibility to inspect the car wash's effectiveness on-site. Instead, it is expected that the service provided meets the standard advertised.

When you running a business you should respond your coustomers concern as it minimum response of saying some error happened will look into it orelse will fix something to make your customer satisfaction instead trying to putting the blame on the customer have to check their cars after car wash especially its automatic car wash. In this case pls put some Tag mentioning have to check after wash so everyone knows of it. Whoever going to this location be aware of it guys..

This location consistently closes their car wash at 9:30pm-9:45pm. Every location I’ve been to closes at 10pm as suggested on their hours online. Aneesha and Yash seem to be selectively letting people in after they close early. Very disappointed. This issue needs to be addressed, scrolling through the comments, there’s several others that have had this issue.

There is a gas station with a car wash closer to me, but I used to go here because I like to support Co-op. Unfortunately, this Co-op often does not give receipts at the pump, which is just annoying. I feel like I have been manipulated into going inside and waiting in line for a receipt. 🙁

Always fuel up here as we are CO-OP members. The staff we've encountered to date have been friendly, speak pleasantlyand are knowledgeable. They answer questions confidently, confer with others if unsure, and are efficient performing their duties. The store and washrooms are clean and well stocked. The prices are comparable to like gas station stores. Products are labeled with price, no shelf "holes" noted. Car wash on site also which functions very well. Very clean vehicle after. Overall, I would definitely recommend just based on customer service alone!

Spent more than $100 on car wash passes but the car wash is shut down because “it’s too cold to operate”. Since when -20 weather became too cold in Alberta. I won’t be buying car wash passes from here ever again.

Every co op car wash shuts at 10 pm.
Yours is the only one that no particular time to shut down ..today they are saying we shut down at 9.30pm
And a few months back I came they said we shut at 9 pm ..
Correct your timing and don't fool people
