If I could give it a 0, I would. Dirty. Unorganized. No window washer fluid in the bins by the pumps. Hard to understand the employees who get upset at you for not understanding them. Carwash app never updated. Garbage all over the lot. Terrible.

Came here at 9:30 and were told that the gas service and car wash is already closed. We have already paid and asked for a refund since we cannot use the service. However, we were told that they cannot do refunds as it is the company’s policy. We were also told that we should ask the till first. Like dude, seriously? You should have put signs and close the stands. Such a lame customer service!

Very rude staff and bad customer service.. I had car wash coupons that were expiring the next day. I asked them if they can renew .. they said they have to wait until tomorrow.. I told them that they have don’t it in past , they have taken the coupons and issued the new ones without any hassle ..
but the ladies who were working on Christmas Eve 2024 , were very rude .. they do not even reply when you say thank you and happy holidays .. anytime you have any requests, they will do anything to not work and delay as much as they can ..
co-op used to be a good place .. not anymore .. seems like they do not care about their members at all ..

Car wash has erratic closing times!!!
They find all kinds of excuses to shut it down before 10pm.
Overall pretty average hospitality!!!

Like you can see in tha app it says please check before coming to carwash like is that open or not
It says open in app and when I went there and temporary sign was already there

Wastage of time like I woke up and went there coz it is always busy in day time

Like why cant you just update the timing on app?

Other than this staff is friendly and welcoming

I came here today at 9:35 but they already closed the bay (it closes at 10). There were just 3 cars in line I easily could wash my car here, but they didn’t let me do it. It’s terrible service.

I bought a propane bottle at the co-op gas station in the Orchards. The lady filled the gas but she made a mistake and the bottle was only partially filled. She apologized and gave me a coupon for the next filling of the propane tank for $5. That was ok. It was a few month ago. Today I get to the gas station and a nice lady filled up my propane tank. All good. I went inside to pay and want to use my coupon ( I got from this place because they made a mistake last time) towards the bill. Another lady told me they don’t accept this coupon anymore since May. Excuse me, there is no expiration date on the coupon I got and no announcement about it!!!! I want to use it and didn’t except this decision because I want to use the coupon in good faith. I got this because the last Co-op employee made a mistake and that was their way to apologize. And now they say, well we made a mistake by filling your tank and gave you the coupon but we don’t honor it!! What is this for a shady business practice!!!!! The lady told me I could call the manager and discuss it with him but they don’t accept it. No thank you, why should I fight and get even more upset about something what I am actually entitled to!! That’s not worth my health!!! I told them I pay my propane for sure but I will never come back is this store. They lost a customer over $5 coupon they gave me to make something right what they did wrong and then don’t accept it anymore. The manager should get praise for his decision and making a customer leave about something like this!!!! Great job!!! The ladies were nice and they were not allowed to honor the coupon. Well I guess the manager had all business classes he needed to get that position. But when you are not right you are just not right, and you better acknowledge that!!!
On the end the lady gave me a wash coupon for my car for this. Because she felt bad for me. BUT: with my car I can not use it. Useless. And that’s not the point. We had half an hour discussion and anger about incompetence of a manager decision. To make it clear again, you lost a customer over minor stuff. I will spread my experience for sure. Bad business, sorry!!!😞

I appreciate that somebody from CO-OP asked for my email address but unfortunately that was the only thing that happened. Nobody contacted me!!! Was that just to show others that you care or do you really care? As I said nobody contacted me even after providing my email address. Not a good light on the company!

Terrible pump screen interface and one of the slowest car washes in the city. If there are a couple cars in line expect to wait much longer then anywhere else.
