Co op is on the Main Street and it is convenient for everyone who is from the town. It is also near the highway so if anyone who is from out of town but passing by, wants to have some food and stock up the grocery on the way home, it is your choice to find what you want. It is close to the mall and not far from the post office. I reckon people can do all the chores in one go when they are here. You can always see familiar faces here and they are your neighbours and friends. Enough parking for the people who go to shop and the disabled parking near the entrance and exit is available.
There is also a notice board so in case you need to find something or would like to promote what you’re offering, you can kindly ask the staff for the permission to put them on.
The staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. We can always hear greetings at the counters and all around the shop. Yes, it is a small that most people know each other. They may be from the same school, same church, same activities that you do together …
It is easy to go shopping here and most of the time you get what you look for.
From time to time there are different items on sale. Do you know during the Christmas holiday there is a draw so you can enter the codes to enter🙂

After tariff we see the sales in more specific items and the Canadian sign for people to support our local farmers and manufacturers.
I would really recommend this grocery store to everyone - the staff is hospitable!!!
1. I was buying some grocery items by myself. The staff (I think he’s the senior staff because I have seen his photo in the presentation of gifts to the award winner of the shop before) was there behind the cashier and took the initiative to ask me if I would like him to help me pack. I thought i didn’t have a lot of items but he is a very cheerful and friendly person who talks to every customer. You really make the day brighter and lovely smile indeed. Thank you for your kindness.
2. The staff at the cashier is a graceful. Her greeting and smile also warms every heart beat. Thanks for your service and caring conversation.

Excellent meat selection, however prices tend to be about $4-5/kilo more than competitor's store for basics like ground beef. Their fresh store made bread is a few dollars more per loaf than competitor's stores, and it tends to be more "dry" than fresh bread from competitor stores.
Other than that the shelves are very well stocked and the variety and freshness of produce is excellent.
Many say some prices vary a lot, but the cost of keeping a robust produce bakery dairy and meat department is worth an extra buck or two to have fresh ingredients readily available each day..

It is amazing to have a grocery store with a pharmacy, produce, bakery, deli and meat departments all under one roof. I use my co-op app to help me shop the flyer specials. The store is bag less, so bring your reusable bags and help save the environment.

Extremely Rude Service and Constant Price Discrepancies

I have had multiple unpleasant experiences at this store, and today was the final straw. The prices displayed on the shelves often do not match the prices at checkout. Today, I saw flowers on sale, but when I got to the cashier, the price was completely different. When I politely asked why, the cashier rudely told me to put the item back. Her attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, and when I said I simply wanted to clarify the correct price, she coldly responded that the price on the receipt was final.

I then requested a refund, as I knew I could get the item for a better price elsewhere. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the cashier looked at me with a condescending and irritated expression, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not the first time I’ve encountered rude service here. Every time I’ve pointed out price mismatches, I was met with the same dismissive attitude.

I don’t expect exceptional friendliness, but basic politeness and professionalism should be the standard in any store. Instead, the staff here seem annoyed when customers simply ask for the correct price. It is not the customer’s fault that the price displayed does not match what is charged at the register.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their pricing accuracy and staff training.

Not a great experience. Waiting in line for some time while the locals are chatting and joking around with the staff. Then another associate (Ashleigh) opens another till , but instead of inviting the next in line (me) she helps some locals also. I don't think there's an option here, so... Small town life, I guess..

Nice and clean, well stocked overpriced store. We aren't in NWT. Very poor hours for oil and gas shift workers.
$3.79 cents for a can of Campbell's mushroom soup. Highway robbery. Freight must be really expensive. $0.97 at Walmart Swift Current. COOP YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED RIPPING People off like that, You would think COOP would have a little better purchasing power.

Wonderful staff, the lady stocking shelves was so nice and wanting to help. Very clean store and snow was moved away from the entry. Lots of parking. Washrooms we’re very clean.
