Very "Interesting" staff at this location...

The tellers DO NOT treat you well if you have an account at another Provincial Credit Union branch. I walked in to do some banking, unknowing of this situatuion. They immediately tell me, "We don't serve you!! You have to go to your home branch! We don't work with the rest of the credit unions on the island!"
I understand this branch is separate, only after a couple of unpleasant interactions. The issue is the attitudes of the tellers.
They need some serious training. In my opinion, they are standoffish and dismissive, not even an apology or any acknowledgment of inconvenience.
The guy at the front desk was helpful to me, the perfect example of the manner the tellers SHOULD conduct their business.

Really nice people. With a lot of banks going fully electronic with phone support, it’s nice to be able to just walk in and get helpful service from kind and courteous people who understand and take active interest in helping you out.
