"renovated" unit was in a state when i finally saw it. random materials piled up in closet, dirty air vents, broken floor with missing pieces in one spot, bad smell despite being empty. one-bedroom is a studio with a strange diagonal wall that only serves to make the 293sqft? even smaller and more shed-like. a tiny, miserable shed that is unfit for a fully sized human adult. reminds me of a rabbit hutch... (which are unfit for rabbits!) i am sure some people with good mental health who are not claustrophobic could manage to live here. it would be a standard apartment perhaps, in new york. balcony was decent looking, location is good. just know it is tiny and looks awful. adding this for all my poor folks on the housing registry so they can think twice before checking this place off. My experience was years ago, but i never felt like or thought of leaving a review. if you are able to see your unit first, DO IT before making any decisions! There are much better co-ops based on my research.
