Lovely intentions, but have felt spoken and treated with lack of care and inappropriate language for the environment.
For the most part, it seems that people have had good experiences -- extremely thankful for the food and help and may have just experienced others' bad day.

I am extremely disconcerted by the policy of enforcing one to either be volunteer *or* use their services. It hurts and is beyond ironic to the name.

Staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. This place provides a much-needed service for folks who are struggling to make ends meet. Help is readily available to help with donations.

This is a great charitable organization in Burlington. Clients go through an intake process with need verification. This agency not only provides food but also clothing (including shoes and bedding), household goods, and Christmas gift assistance. They host regular "special events" where clients are able to select from the nicest and newest donations. I highly recommend this as a reputable place to donate your gently used items and/or financial gift.
