A huge thank you to Pam from the Victoria Branch. Pam resolved one of my issues within moments where I had been struggling with my own Branch.
Sent her an email a couple days later to which she promptly replied. Absolute GREAT Member Service!
Sadly, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from my original Commercial Drive Branch.
Thank you Pam for your understanding, politeness and prompt service in helping with my issues.

My experience with Community Savings Credit Union began a few years ago, when I was caught in an unprecedented situation. I made a series of appointments with Gail MacLanders who listened and patiently helped me to understand and navigate through this difficulty. I am forever grateful to her.
Since that time, going forward, I continue to appreciate the customer service in this branch who have been a model of professional, friendly, patience and a willingness to help with kind attention.

Dont Waste your time here. Worst bank to deal with. They never pick ur phone call after making u fill there application.
And when u visit there branch, they keep telling u, we are sending u pre- approval today. And After waiting for 2-3 months, they say sorry, with no any solid reason.
Total waste of time and money here
