I went in for help they had me fill out emergency housing forms, emergency funding forms , I even did a victim of crime while homeless form, all under the advise of one of the workers. Two weeks later, while still homeless I asked about the forms and possible help? I was then told I can't get any help until I get a place!!! Does this make sense? I would also like it known I use no drugs, alcohol or even smoke cigarettes. Down on my luck and some mental illness that is within and never projected outward. So when we fill out these forms someone gets paid for each form or homeless person they help! ( community care, salvation army ect...) I'm still homeless, it's been 4 months, thanks for all the help. To much money going to these organizations for the return, it's being hidden by the handing out of donated food. Called the mayor out this morning he needs to really look at all of these organizations and quit pretending. I do appreciate the workers who feed us and the help.

Their websites says Extras are available from 12:30 to 3. This is incorrect. Extra's do not start until 1pm. They need to update their website with the correct time.

Great service, friendly people. Just remember to take a number ticket at the entrance, or you will have an even longer wait. Every 2 months from when you first go, you can pick up some free clothes. It's very organized. Lots of help. You just need to be patient. ?

The experience over the phone with someone was disgrace I can't remember the last time I was there to get food and the food room and the lady over the phone was being so disrespectful to me because I could not remember the last time I was there and I needed food and she would not look up my file to see if I needed food or if I was due for food community care makes me sick to my stomach how they treat their client
