After 4 hours working on our tax return from 8am till 12pm, the volunteer still wasn't able to submit mine. More than a dozen people submitted their tax returns with two other volunteers and left during these four hours. Finally, the volunteer working with us submitted my wife's tax return online full of errors. When asked after 4 hours fo being patient and polite whether he was almost done because we had to leave at noon, he said: "You're rushing me!" My tax return wasn't done yet!! They actualy told me: "This is what you get for doing it for $5 each with volunteers". True! It's like they wrote their own review. I can't beleive there is a volunteer with no experience in tax return or computer knowledge... And the cherry on the top was when they asked me to leave my papers and return in 20 minutes to make my tax return and check the errors in my wife's tax return, I returned in 10 minutes but the employee who told me to come back had left for her one-hour lunch break! She told me to come back in 20 minutes knowing that I will find no one in the office because it closes during lunch break!!!
