For the majority of staff, they are nice and helpful. However, never have one of their contractors do anything at your house.

I bought one of the wood sheds that they assemble at your residence. Essentially, the wood shed is assembled and then the trim around doors and corners is painted. Finally, the shingles and siding gets put on. What sounded good in theory became ridiculous in practice. On the day that the shed was to be painted, it was raining. I assumed that the contractor would simply come back once the wood had dried but you know what they say about when you assume... But, it's only about the money for the contractor. Job done. Get paid. Next job.

I do recommend the store for in-store purchases but never, never, never for contracted work.

Oh, and don't bother calling the store to speak to a manager. They will avoid that at all costs. (I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been over a week.)

Always enjoy delivering loads to this location, people are friendly and helpful, and the location is easy to find. They even take loads early if you're running ahead of schedule.

Staff is not very personable and I found some to be pretty rude and unhelpful actually. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I'm glad it's not my normal store as I'm from out of town.

Do not come here later then 4:45pm. I came here at 4:54pm and the entrance door was locked on August 22, 2023. No notice as to why it was closed early. I knocked on the door but was ignored by staff. Two other people showed up when I did and were also upset by the door being locked before the advertised closing time of 5pm. This is the second time this has happened. It's hard enough to try and make it to a store before 5pm for people working. If the staff are locking the front door 5-10mins before closing time, might Be a good idea to open till 5:30pm so they can close at 5:20pm and allow those of us who work till 5pm time to get here.

Great service but don’t come near closing time. When you are picking up your product their friendliness diminishes as you get closer to 5pm and well lacks after 5 and they make you come back to get the rest of your items. Should stay open till 6pm as people do work too.

I had a large 10’x16’ prebuilt shed delivered to my place and Kyle and Austin and team went above and beyond to make sure it got into place. Due to the site conditions, it was not an easy task, but they persevered and they were polite and professional! Well done!!
