A beautiful venue with gorgeous views! We had a staff professional development day there and had lunch catered. The food was delicious and plentiful! They were very careful with the food to ensure that those of us with allergies had no issues.

I saw the staff setting up the outdoor space for a wedding. The space was beautiful when they were done.

I'm recommending this place to my daughter for her wedding!

We just had our wedding here last week and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was so helpful and the venue is absolutely stunning. It is also really nice that there is a backup ceremony space set up in case of weather. The only downside is that access is given at noon which makes set up a bit stressful and the bridal suite is in a meeting room with no where to hang dresses. It did not feel like a bridal suite at all. However, the space, people, and everything else makes up for the set up time and bridal suite.

Stunning venue and unbeatable value!

The RancheHouse offered some of the most competitive pricing of any venue we considered in Calgary. Their staff takes care of all the ceremony and reception seating set up, tables, linens, ect, which was a huge relief knowing that all we had to do was set up any decorations we brought. They’re incredibly organized and experienced, making everything run smoothly. The breathtaking mountain views and scenic photo spots were one of the main reasons we chose this venue, and our photos turned out amazing. It saved us so much time not having to leave for pictures.

I loved the flexibility of having both indoor and outdoor ceremony options based on the weather, and they offer multiple reception rooms to suit various budgets. While they are flexible and accommodating with requests, they do have specific rules to follow, so keep that in mind if you're hoping for more leniency. The venue itself is so gorgeous that it requires minimal decoration.

Their pricing is clear and transparent, and although setup and teardown times can be limited depending on the season, we made it work. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue at such an amazing price to help create our dream wedding!

I photographed a beautiful wedding here and fell in love with the Cochrane Ranchehouse as a venue! It really has it all - delicious food, a large, beautiful space with gorgeous light - and my favourite part of all is of course the AMAZING views right outside the reception space! There is no limit to the places you can go to get photos and the golden hour light at sunset is magical. I hope to be back soon! - Bree (Breeze Photography)

This was a good place for a wedding, but there were some concerns with the staff. We weren't able to get into the venue to start setting up until noon, and they even saw us arrive early but would not open the venue for us.
They also kicked us out of certain rooms that we had booked because they had to set up for another event...
*I was an attendee and helper at the wedding, not the one who booked it*

Visited May 15, 2021. Great place to bring the family or anyone to go for a leisurely not too difficult hike. I even think that if you had someone in a wheelchair their would be plenty of pathways they would be able to get onto without issue. Very nice views, lots of historical information and lots of parking. At the time of our visit the public bathrooms were closed. It wasn't an issue for my husband and I but I felt bad for the seniors and families needing to use the facilities with their children. Covid or not bathroom facilities need to be open as it is a human right in my opinion so in that respect I was not impressed.
