I am a credit union member of 40 years. Just not at this branch. Went in withdrew funds from ATM. Needed 2 fives and a ten went in to teller and was refused because I'm not a member of this particular branch.The ATM was friendlier. Perhaps they should replace the tellers with atms. Left a polite message with contact details but have yet to receive a reply. I wont be telling my grandson to become a member of an organization which is behind the times.

Not happy, do not have a card, just a savings account. Would like to make a deposit, can’t find a phone number to ask how I can achieve this. Would now like to know how to close it and transfer it to the Royal Bank, they are not seem to be terrified of their customers.
