The worst phone service I have received from any bank or Credit Union, I feel like that you have no people working there. I was trying to make an appointment to talk to some about my Account , all I get is machines, I leave messages and get no replies I will be in on Tuesday morning to closes my accounts

I believe the review by Derek 4 months ago may have been related to the very frustrating atm machine... Several buttons on it do not work well unless you press HARD... it's been mentioned inside but has been an issue for many months.
Outside of that this is my branch and the staff are great!

Get called like a dog by the manager “ayy ayy”. Clients take their sweet time while in a rush when it’s your turn. Avoid this branch!

LOOK OUT!!! Although they say they are a bank they only cater to businesses, unless you can do it at their ATM, I would highly suggest looking for a different bank.
