I have been a regular customer at Course Capital Savings and have generally received excellent service. The staff is usually attentive and efficient, making my visits pleasant and hassle-free.

However, during my most recent visit to ironwood Plaza, I encountered an issue with a new employee. I had to repeatedly explain where my money was supposed to be allocated, specifically to my savings account. Unfortunately, the monitor was facing her, so I couldn’t verify the transaction until I got home. Upon checking, I discovered that the money had been placed incorrectly.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, this experience was frustrating. I hope the management provides additional training to ensure that such errors are minimized in the future. Despite this incident, I still appreciate the overall service and hope for a better experience next time.

Long lineup 7 tills and only 1 person to help. One of the slowest banks to go to. Apparently they can't look up the balance of a credit card that is one of theirs. Just amazing should switch banks

In between online banking outages, atm’s out of order and one teller being open during mid day hours I’m ready to move banks. This location is especially terrible, why would there only be one teller on at any given time? Especially during the lunch hour for an area that’s a lunch our area with so many businesses and industry around; employees of the are look to get banking done during their lunch hours. Don’t bank here.

Horrible customer service! My wife and I booked an appointment over the phone with a branch that had an appointment at a certain day and time that fit our schedules. Upon arriving we were told that the representative to help us with creating a new bank account doesn't work on Tuesday's... Yuliya De told us to just create our account online as she was too busy to help us out (even though nobody else was in the bank). My wife and I are both in customer service and never turn away clients.. Won't recommend Yulia De or this location to anyone as they obviously don't want or need your business.

I had a problem with a staff member at this bank making continous mistakes on every move. Her advice and adding up totals was wrong. She was going to fast and not paying attention to the task at hand. The manager was no help either. Coast capital is putting a rope around the necks of the cutomers to sign documents you do not wish too.

I had an account for saving tax free and all the money was gone in secret and hidden fees.

Do not use them. Only if you want your money be taken away in hidden fees.

WOW a nightmare company to deal with they can not even help you over phone for the simple things like redirecting your insurance payments to another account. No only if you get all this paperwork harangue they can do it. Meanwhile they have hidden fees to get you in over account fees, you have to pay before anything is done too and this over account fees are because of there old school ways.

I hate coast capital for this old school ways to NOT HELP CUSTOMERS. They need to fix this problem so you call into fix their error in he first place. Thank goodness I moved my mortgage without a problem yet insurance is a bear to move at all. No pun intended.

COAST CAPITAL your policies need to come into today’s banking standards. Many never go into a bank at all only do banking online and on phone even phone is old school. But they ask you to go in to the branch on everything.

Time to get into today’s banking methods. Sheesh 😱 so ridiculous this company is.

Has a drive thru ATM, 1 ATM inside, comfortable seats at the teller and friendly staff. Occasionally a short wait.

EDIT: phone and web support are HORRIBLE. App and online banking has unacceptable bugs. Staff still friendly, just incompetent.

The service here is absolutely terrible. We've been making regular deposits here and almost every time that are being deposited wrong or in wrong accounts or debit cards are being setup incorrectly.

It seems to be a horribly run branch and overall CCS hasn't been great to deal with. I'd avoid them if you can.
