I came in to make a withdrawal and the teller, Quyen Tranh, was very unpleasant to deal with. It seemed as if she didn’t want to be there or to help me. I had to repeat the same thing multiple times before she would do it and somehow she seemed upset at me about that when it appeared that she was not paying attention. Then she handed me two slips of paper without telling me what to do with them. I waited a bit then asked if I could get my withdrawal amount. Then she responded in a judgemental manner and told me to sign one of them first…. How would I know this if she didn’t tell me? I’m sorry I don’t know all of your banking policies. And I am sorry I came in to make any withdrawal or ask for any help. I will try my best to avoid this branch going forward. It is clear that they do not follow their motto of “let’s choose kindness today” and prefer to rather make the customer feel bad for entering that branch.

Worse branch ever... Only 1 counter available, have to wait for more than 20 min.

The worst branch. I have an appointment at 12:30 and still waiting at 13:15. There's only 2 advisors at the counter and a very long line up.

I come here every week, Coustomer service is very slow. Teller never show initiative to help. Always have to stand in a very long line up, takes forever to get one check cashed there is no option where i can give less then one star it is pathetic

Drive to this branch only to find Atm locked before 7pm . How can this place accept cash deposits from working individuals?

Everyone at this branch is a rock star! Always great service with a smile, but if you are lucky enough to be attended by Tonee (hope that is tge right spelling), you are set for the best customer service in British Columbia. That is my opinion after 34 years of banking experience and having dealt with more than 40 branches from HSBC, RBC, TD, BMO, Scotiabank, and more than 15 different CoastCapital branches.
CoastCapital is lucky to have her.
Perhaps she should be promoted to teach others what it takes to serve a customer at the next level.

Short and sweet. Inside of the bank is quite Pleasant, well laid out and easy to negotiate.. Otherwise the staff is less than desirable, truly not the nicest Bunch I'm dealt with not being personal at all. Manners would go a long way at this bank but unfortunately I do not see that happening in the near future. I would highly recommend that all stay clear of this one if you're looking for a one-on-one pleasant experience otherwise it is tolerable. Cheers all

This isn't my main branch, but I do want to commend on their level of customer service. The staff is helpful and always courteous.

Namely Agnieszka, this lady is not only super knowledgeable, but is also very professional with a top notch courtesy. I've had 2 incidents that she took care of, 1 was an error made by other bank, and one by coast capital. BOTH times, she was extremely patient with me, respectful and swift in taking care of issues. She not only resolved the problems within the time promised, she also consistently called me during the resolution process to keep me informed of status. This is why I've made this my go-to branch.
