After having the worst client service at the Willowbrook branch yesterday, it was a complete turn around when I went to this branch this morning. I was helped by one of the tellers name Grace, she was genuinely friendly and listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to solve my dilemma! Needless to say, I'll be coming to this branch from now on as Grace completely restored my faith in humanity.... kindness 😊

The bad reviews are pretty hokey... Complains how they can't wear a mask proceeds to detail wearing a mask, follow the rules and your experience would have gone far better. They didn't answer the phone for over an hour... Did you try online banking or calling the 1-800 number or just showing up at the bank? Finally if you can't open an account properly online and go into a bank and still have trouble opening the account take a look at the common denominator. Staff has always been friendly to me and yes they can be busy just as anywhere can be so pick your battles and choose a smart time to go no business or person is perfect so cut some people some slack if i'ts repeated then yeah complain

Probably the best customer service I’ve received at a Coast. Went in to close some accounts, and it took a little bit of time (at no fault of the staff) but they kept apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patience and walked me through each step along the way which I appreciated.

Wanted to open an account, made an appointment, spent 45 minutes with the customer service rep in the bank and they never opened the account because the customer service rep. did the application on the internet portal, wasted 1 hour. Completely uninformed staff.

Shame on you Coast Capital! Today I went in and access to my money was threatened over a mask that I cannot wear! The kicker is after making a big deal of a mask slightly below my nose, the cashier asked me to then remove my mask to prove my identity! All of a sudden masking doesn't matter!? You have had 14 months to come up with a solution to proving identities in a "safer" way! (maybe try a pinpad like Royal Bank..)
I will be definitely removing my money!

An Error Occured Here.

I opened a new account to manage money, and the new account was Terminated within 3 months time. I suppose this is probably due to Proximity with my Previous Bank (RBC).

I asked for an explanation but received no reason other than "Outside of Risk Tolerance" Which i cannot understand considering the amounts I was working with were less than 10000
